Setting Up for the Course

Introduction

Hello, my name is David and I will be your tutor for the course or courses. Please make sure your webcam is on throughout the course and please check that you have either speakers or headphones and a working microphone. I look forward to meeting you online.

Zoom

Attendance of courses can be via a web browser using the login details sent to you; however, you get a much better experience if you download and install the small desktop client from Zoom:

Monitors

Although you can attend the online course with one monitor, you will find the course easier and more effective if you have at least two monitors, one monitor to watch the demonstrations and the second monitor to practice along during the course.

Course Times

Join from: 9:15am

Start: 9:30

Lunch 12:30 to 13:00

Finish: 16:00

There will be a comfort break of 10 minutes at about 11:00 and 14:30
